Indication for use:

EFTIAR Octane® and EFTIAR Decalin® liquid is indicated for use as an aid in temporary flattening
of the retina. It is also indicated as an aid in manipulation of the retina during surgical treatment
of a retinal detachment. In particular, EFTIAR may be used in the surgical management of:
  • Retinal detachment with giant tears
  • Retinal detachment with proliferative vitreoretinopathy
